In accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, the data controller collects and processes the personal data provided to it by the outgoing member for the following purposes:

Preparing, drawing up, managing, executing the insurance contracts. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is affiliated. Personal data is therefore communicated to employees of the controller, the supervisory authorities, the agents of the LALUX network, the banking partner of the LALUX network and insurance brokers.
Collecting the required data and transmitting it, if necessary, to the Administration des Contributions Directes (Direct Tax Administration) in accordance with the amended law of 18 December 2015 on the automatic exchange of information relating to financial accounts in tax matters. This processing is necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

The member concerned has the right to request access to personal data from the controller and the right to rectification. The period of data retention is limited to the duration of the data processing and the subsequent period during which the retention of the data is necessary to enable the controller to meet its obligations in accordance with limitation periods or other legal provisions. The data controller shall act in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 300 of the amended Act of 7 December 2015 on the insurance sector concerning professional secrecy in insurance matters.
